Flip Mino Camcorder

Our beautiful picture of the London, England, icon, Big Ben has found a new home on a flip mino camcorder. Cafe Press has a new product. The pocket-sized Flip Video Mino camcorder has a USB arm that flips out and hooks up to a PC or Mac. This charges the battery, and has built-in software to view, edit, and upload video and photos to internet sharing sites.

We are busily adapting our photographs to the new product format. So far we have the following flip mino camcorder designs available: Big Ben, exit graffiti, Irish shamrocks, kitty cat, and several abstract fractals.

As of October 26 we have a section of 25+ flip mino camcorders. Take a look .

Animal Picture Hanging Ornaments

New animal photographs have been added to our popular Christmas Decorations section of Photo Accents at Cafe Press.

Alligator, tiger, orangutan, elephant, and giant panda have joined eagle, macaw, camel, bull dog, ferret, parrot, giraffe, tropical fish, lizard, lion, and raccoon. Each hanging ornament picture is on high quality porcelain with a ribbon for hanging included.

New Cafe Press Colors

Cafe Press now has pink and blue baby clothes as well as white. The baby onsie, which was called “infant creeper” is now called a bodysuit. And it has a different neckline. The new pink baby bodysuit below has Panda design and the blue baby bodysuit has the bottlenose dolphin design.

All baby bodysuits sell for $13.99 each. Pink and blue are available in all designs featured at Photo Accents shop.

Giant Panda Bear Photograph

We made photographs of the Giant Pandas at the Atlanta Zoo in Georgia. Today one of the panda designs was added to our Cafe Press collection.

A picture was selected that showed a front close-up view of the panda’s head. The bamboo he was holding was easily removed with PhotoShop and a clear panda close-up remained.

This photograph got added punch by applying a PhotoShop filter. Posterize was used and this is the final design on a women’s cap sleeve t-shirt.

Photographing Animals in Zoo

Today we worked at the Zoo. Great place for animals. Many of the animals have large habitat spaces.

We have photographed Giant Pandas in several places already. The panda picture here is from last year. It’s available at our CafePress shop www.cafepress.com/framed_print.

Today we arrived at the zoo 30 minutes after opening at 9:30 am. So, we had about 15 minutes with the female panda outdoors before she went inside. The inside temperature is kept around 65 degrees while outside temp goes up into the 80s. So, the only time to get a more natural setting is early in the day.

The elephants were quite cooperative. Although we have many elephant images from prior zoo shoots, I’ve wanted a closeup to use at CafePress on t shirts. Think I got it today. But, since we use 35mm film, I won’t know for several days.

Tonight we intend to photograph from the Westin Hotel rotating resturant. We have beautiful San Francisco photos from Windows on the World resturant. Hope these turn out as good!
